Direct access from the large window front in the living area leads you onto the spacious sun terrace, which, with its substantial dining table and comfortable chairs, offers the ideal setting for sociable open-air meals. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent view over the rooftops of the historic old town, surrounded by the green slopes of the Eifel.

A practical awning provides protection from strong sun when needed, ensuring the terrace is inviting from morning till night. Stairs lead down to the villa’s garden area, where absolute tranquility awaits. Here you will find not only secluded spots with sun loungers for sunbathing and a lovingly designed rock garden, but also the villa’s wellness highlights: an all-year-round usable, covered pool (heated from May to September) guarantees swimming fun whatever the weather, while the rustic barrel sauna with its natural wooden design invites deep relaxation after a long day of hiking.

For cosy barbecue evenings, a built-in stone grill is also available on a covered area. The entire grounds are structured across several levels and framed by historic natural stone walls, which lend the villa a unique charm while simultaneously guaranteeing a stunning view of Monschau’s old town thanks to the elevated position. Villa Eleganza itself presents a striking stone façade and a charming entrance area set into the wall, which perfectly reflects the historic character of the location.

And don’t worry about having to lug all your luggage up countless flights of stairs upon arrival. There’s an elevator at street level that takes you directly to the living area.

Thanks to the central location in the heart of Monschaus historic old town, many sights, restaurants, and shops are easily accessible on foot.
